My Purchase Hasn't Appeared in my Gift Box!

We're sorry your item didn't show up right away! Have you refreshed your farm and checked since? 

Facebook handles all financial transactions, and they process the funds, the funds arrive in our system, and the item is immediately deposited in your gift box on the receipt of the funds. If Facebook happens to be a little slow (and it can be, depending on payment method, time of day, Facebook issues, etc), then it may take a minute or two to show up. 

If you are certain you still have not received the item, let us know and we will look further into it!
